Natalie Dee - The Value of Life Changes

In the words of one of my clients, Louise from London:

What are the three key benefits that you believe you received through your Life Coaching sessions?
1. Building up self-confidence
2. Working on past beliefs that aren't true
3. Gaining control over negative emotions and learning to let go of them.

And when asked: what would you say encouraged you to seek out a Life Coach for yourself?
She responded: "I felt as though there was something that I hadn't learnt, a secret in life or something that would stop me feeling as though I was always second best, or the runner up prize. Something in me just kind of said "now is the time to get help". I don't really know where it came from but it was definately there."
